How to Truly Know Ourselves
We spend years learning about the world around us—our careers, relationships, responsibilities and roles. Yet one of the most important relationships we will ever build is the relationship we have with ourselves.
Knowing yourself means becoming curious about your values, emotions, needs, triggers, strengths, fears, dreams and recurring patterns. It means noticing what genuinely brings you joy, what drains you and what you may have been doing simply because it was expected of you.
Self-awareness gives us the opportunity to question old beliefs, understand our choices and become more intentional about the life we are creating.
The deeper we understand ourselves, the easier it becomes to make decisions that feel authentic and aligned. When you know who you are, you begin to choose what truly belongs in your life.
